Yeah, today Paul and I were sent out on a boat, because they thought there was floating oil. There wasn’t. So, not samples to send in, but I got a free boat ride! I haven’t been on a boat for any length of time since MERL, and I thought I’d be on them all the time down here. But they figured that we’d be more useful on the ATVs. I wish I rode the boat more.

We saw dolphins, and dead fish from the pokey boats. They leave the stuff they catch that aren’t the fish they want on the deck and they fall into the water. Like the porpoise from yesterday, good thing I wasn’t working… Can we sterilize our race now? That’d be terrific. It kind of reminds me of the Surfing Magazine article about how Jellyfish look like aliens but WE’RE the aliens in THEIR world. So, sterilization, please happen soon? Unless you pass the “I’m an okay person” test that should be made. Anyways, two days and a wake up! Flying home on the 7th!! Then to Maine with Danielle!
